Then travel across town to Isla Verde, home to one of the best beaches in the U.S. territories, all the way to Condado where you can admire it’s urban “window to the sea” park, teeming with stone fountains, luxury hotels, coconut palms, blue Atlantic waters and a laid-back tropical vibe.
