FULL SERVICE COORDINATION -Unlimited consultations over the phone with couple -Review all details of wedding and list of contracted vendors -Follow Up with vendors. -Coordinate with vendors to ensure services and products are provided in a timely manner -48 hours before the event we will reconfirm with vendors to set up a time that they need to be in the ceremony and in the reception. -Oversees set up and deliveries -Decor ideas -2 hours meeting at ceremony and reception facility to establish set up details -2 hours directing rehearsal -6 hours coordination of wedding day -Help with the marriage license papers
