Flower orders must be placed at the time of your final payment. Once the order is processed it cannot be canceled. Should you require different or additional flowers, a new order will have to be made and paid immediately. Occasionally, substitution of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary availability issues. If this is the case, our florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute items of equal value.
